5. Event Photography, Video & Audio Recording
The Event may be photographed, filmed, and audio recorded. By attending the Event, You acknowledge and consent to the capture and use of Your image, likeness, and/or voice in Event-related content for marketing, promotional, and communications purposes, including publication on the Website, social media, email communications, and other materials.
Opt-out: If You do not wish to be photographed, filmed, or recorded, please email info@kepler.team at least 48 hours before the Event or notify the registration desk upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests; however, we cannot guarantee removal from all incidental or crowd recordings.
